- Made-to-order items: 4-8 weeks
- Custom orders: 8-12 weeks
Processing begins once your order is confirmed and payment is received.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- White Glove Delivery: Available for select items
Delivery times are estimated from the shipping date, not the order date.

Free standard shipping on orders over $1,500 within the continental US.
We currently ship to all 50 US states, Canada, and select international destinations. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once your order ships, you all receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team.
